We are live

After about 2 months of work, koku.world is live. There is a still of features missing but it's a good start.

Priorities for now:

• creating a way to get nether trees sapplings
• adding some kind of menu or something else to discover other player islands
• observing the game and doing a bit of balancing in skyblock plugin :)
